The following review(s) are from campgrounds and/or RV resorts that we have visited during our travels. They will be listed in no particular order, yet will be listed with the nearest city first for those interested in stopping. I do not get anything from reviewing them, I am just doing it as a favor to fellow (and future) travelers.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Rockwell RV Park - If you can survive the I-40 drive through Oklahoma City (really rough roadway), then you will need a relaxing stop. The Rockwell RV Park provides just that.

A rather large park, not far from the highway, yet not too noisy. The campsites are laid-out in nice rows, but WiFi is not accessible in certain areas.

The main office also has a large book-lending section, puzzle table and pool table. You can access your email from the office area if you have problems at your site. Coffee and muffins are available in the office in the morning.

The restrooms and showers are rather old (concrete block) but kept clean. They have a indoor pool and sauna, which really surprised us!

They have camping cabins, although they appeared rather close to each other. The campground is mostly concrete, so we didn’t walk around too much with the heatwave the region was experiencing during our stay.

The staff was very friendly and loaded us up with brochures of area attractions. Many sites to see in downtown Oklahoma City, which is only 15-20 minutes away.
