Yuma Territorial Prison SHP

One of the must-see sites of Yuma, Arizona is the Yuma Territorial Prison. If you have seen the movie 3:10 TO YUMA or have ever read a western, then you are aware of the history of this prison. It is a rather interesting stop (although hard to find as it is located behind a railroad track and bridge) and a reminder of the past. I personally found the prison cemetery the highlight of the stop. Overlooking the river, the cemetery graves are piled rocks. A marker in the cemetery identifies all those buried there.
